Terms of Service

These Terms govern the relationship between Sun Skill Tech ("we", "us") and any client or visitor ("you") who uses our services or website. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Sun Skill Tech provides Shopify development, design, optimisation, and related digital services as described on our website and in individual project proposals. Scope, timeline, and pricing are agreed in writing before work begins.

2. Project Acceptance

Projects are formally accepted when you confirm in writing (email is sufficient) and make the first milestone payment. All proposals include: scope of work, timeline, total fee, payment schedule, and revision rounds included.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Milestone Structure

• 50% upfront — before work begins
• 50% on completion — before final handover
• Larger projects may use a three-milestone schedule

3.2 Accepted Methods

Fiverr, Upwork, Wise, PayPal, and direct bank transfer (USD, GBP, EUR).

3.3 Late Payments

Milestone payments more than 7 days overdue may cause work to pause until payment is received.

4. Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal. Additional revisions are billed at our standard hourly rate.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide required assets within agreed timelines
• Review and provide feedback within 3 business days of each deliverable
• Ensure you have legal rights to all content and assets provided

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment, all custom deliverables become your property. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without your written consent, except where required by law.

8. Post-Launch Support

All projects include 30 days of complimentary bug-fix support from handover. This covers issues caused by our code only — not third-party app changes, platform updates, or client modifications.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate with 7 days' written notice. You are liable for all work completed to date. Upfront payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Where a project was contracted via Fiverr or Upwork, those platforms' respective dispute resolution processes also apply.
