    70% of traffic was mobile, but the simplified mobile navigation was hiding key collections, resulting in a high bounce rate.

    The previous generic theme failed to convey the premium, technical nature of the ski wear, forcing them to compete on price rather than value.

01 UX & Design

We implemented a "Discovery First" navigation system, allowing users to shop by activity (Ski vs. Après-Ski) rather than just product type. Visual storytelling was integrated directly into the PDPs.
